phcrown8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phcrown8 ("phcrown8," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phcrown8.vip. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the phcrown8 platform, including registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonuses, and all other services offered by phcrown8.

By accessing phcrown8.vip, creating an account, or using any service provided by phcrown8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the phcrown8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the phcrown8 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) associated with a Player's phcrown8 Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by phcrown8 to Players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by phcrown8 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the phcrown8 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phcrown8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. phcrown8 does not permit access to real-money games by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phcrown8 or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phcrown8, or an immediate family member of any such person.

phcrown8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on phcrown8, you must create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your phcrown8 login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phcrown8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

phcrown8 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where phcrown8 suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phcrown8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcrown8 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. phcrown8 may require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• phcrown8 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and Account status.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• phcrown8 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• phcrown8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or refuse processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phcrown8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. phcrown8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• phcrown8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your Wallet without compensation.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

phcrown8 offers a range of games including live casino, slots, bingo, fish shooting games, rummy, and other game categories. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the phcrown8 Platform:

• All games on phcrown8 use certified random number generation (RNG) for digital games, and real physical equipment operated by trained dealers for live casino games. phcrown8 is committed to fair and transparent gameplay.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, phcrown8 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. phcrown8's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. phcrown8 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the Player's end.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the phcrown8 system. Requests to reverse completed game transactions will not be entertained except where a verifiable technical error has occurred.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcrown8 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phcrown8 software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcrown8 staff or other Players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phcrown8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phcrown8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phcrown8 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcrown8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phcrown8 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phcrown8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcrown8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Responsible Gaming

phcrown8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help Players manage their gaming activity.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phcrown8 Account at any time via the Account settings.
• Session time reminders can be configured to alert Players after a specified period of continuous play.
• Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Players who require a longer break may request self-exclusion from the phcrown8 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• All real-money games on phcrown8 are strictly for players aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

phcrown8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, phcrown8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phcrown8 Account may do so by contacting phcrown8 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided there are no pending transactions or active bonus wagering requirements.

12. Privacy

phcrown8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the phcrown8 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

phcrown8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phcrown8 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the phcrown8 Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact phcrown8 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phcrown8 will use reasonable efforts to address and resolve Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
